Run for the Rolls and The Chelsea Retirement Community are having a FREE 9 week Couch-to-5K training program. This will be held at the Chelsea Retirement Community beginning Monday, June 27 and will be every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evening @6:30pm untill Monday August 21. Just before the Run thru the Fair 5K race /Run for the Rolls 1 mi. There is no program July 4. Must have a signed release form.
Tuesday June 21 at the Chelsea Retirement Community Triplett Building there will be an informal panel discussion on the program and learning on how and why to get moving, ask questions. Release forms available.
It will be a fun evening!!
